Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Space Shine Cleaning Services ("Space Shine", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a quote through our online form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the cleaning service and frequency you are interested in, your property type and any additional details you write in the message field.
When you text or call us, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages, as with any phone conversation.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. We use your IP address in a short-lived, anonymized form to limit abusive or automated form submissions.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare a personalized cleaning quote.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and any cleaning you schedule with us.
- To protect our website and our customers from spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use the information from the quote form for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Text messages
If you text us, we will reply by text about your request. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. If you prefer not to receive texts from us, simply tell us and we will stop.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver our emails (such as our web hosting and email providers), and only as needed for those purposes, or when required by law.
Cookies
This website uses a single, essential cookie while you fill out the quote form, to protect the form against forged submissions. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests only for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide the services you request, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, text or call us at (425) 614-7166.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
