What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps a home that is already in good shape clean and comfortable on an ongoing basis. Deep cleaning is more detailed and takes longer, giving extra attention to surfaces, corners and buildup. Many homes start with a deep cleaning and then move to regular visits. How do I choose the right cleaning service?
If your home has not had a thorough cleaning in a while, or you are preparing for a special occasion, deep cleaning is usually the best place to start. If you simply want to keep your home fresh week after week, regular cleaning is the better fit. If you are not sure, choose Not Sure Yet and we will help you decide.
Can I discuss specific cleaning needs?
Yes. Every home is different, and we would rather hear about your priorities up front. Mention any rooms, surfaces or details that matter most to you when you text us or in the Additional Details field of the form, and we will take them into account in your quote.
Can the refrigerator be part of my cleaning?
Yes. The refrigerator is one of those details we care about. Let us know you would like it included when you request your quote, and we will plan for it as part of your cleaning.

How do I request a cleaning quote?
The fastest way is to text us at (425) 614-7166. You can also fill out the quote form. Tell us a little about your home and the service you are interested in, and we will reply with a personalized quote.
What information should I include when requesting a quote?
Helpful details include your ZIP code, the type of home, the approximate number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the service you are interested in, how often you would like cleaning and anything that needs special attention. Photos are welcome by text, but never required.
How quickly will I hear back?
We typically reply to new requests the same day. If you reach out late in the evening, expect to hear from us as soon as possible the next day.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo and cash. If you have a question about payment, just ask when you request your quote.
Do you have a current offer?
Yes, we currently offer 10% off. Ask about it when you text us or mention it in the quote form, and we will explain how it applies to your cleaning.
